The development of CVI is based on venous hypertension, microcirculation disorders, inflammatory reactions, endothelial dysfunction, and other processes that require comprehensive treatment with venotonics, symptomatic therapy, local treatment of trophic lesions, and a mandatory rehabilitation program.
