Results of carried out experiments indicate that usage of vitamin and mineral complex (Emfetal) by women of anemia and gestational toxicosis progression high risk group during the preconceptional and pregnancy period permits to cut the likelihood of perinatal risk during the administration as part of pre-conceptional preparation; supplies pregnant women’s increased vitamin and mineral need; decreases danger of miscarriage risk, frequency and severity of gestational anemia and gestational toxicosis risk; normalizes functional condition of fetoplacental complex; contributes to better gestation course, birth and condition of a newborn.
