Abstract
Aftermarketing investigation aim was to recognize the influence of complex Protecta on pain syndrome in knee and hip osteoarthritis. Main patient group (40 number) had complex conservative therapy including Protecta. Control patient group (40 number) had complex conservative therapy including first generation chondroprotectors. Treatment protocol had been longed during 3 monthes. As the result 72% patients pain partial or full relieve were obtained. At the same time first generation chondroprotectors analgetic effectiveness were only 56%.
